Gabi Hunter brings LEMOINE’s Relationships core value to life by helping employees feel welcomed and appreciated. Through her work in HR and Learning and Development, she has helped lead the creation of a safety video for onboarding and recruiting while developing and leading employee training. She is also championing the initiative to align employee Continuous Improvement Plans with LEMOINE’s strategic priorities. Her commitment to employee engagement extends to Lafayette office activities and her role on the planning committee for the first annual FurtHER Women’s Summit.
