LEMOINE’s Advisory Services team has earned two national rankings from Engineering News-Record (ENR), reflecting the team’s continued growth and increasing presence in the industry.
In ENR’s 2026 rankings of the nation’s Top Professional Services Firms, LEMOINE earned the No. 28 spot on the Top 50 Program Management Firms list, marking its first appearance on the ranking. LEMOINE also rose to No. 43 on the Top 100 Construction Management/PM-for-Fee Firms list, advancing 55 positions from No. 98 in 2025.
These milestones come at a time of significant growth for professional services across the construction industry. ENR reports that revenue among its Top 50 program management firms increased 35.7% over the previous year as owners increasingly look to experienced partners to help navigate greater project and program complexity.
