These awards recognize standout individuals across our Building Construction + Infrastructure and Response + Resiliency Divisions, as well as within our Corporate and Craft teams.

My nomination for the core value of Attention to Detail is for a young man who transitioned from our drywall division into the infrastructure group on this project in Rayville. He has done a great job bringing a positive attitude every day and consistently striving to do things the right way. He helps ensure the entire crew is ready, prepared, and set up for success each day. He does the right thing even when no one is looking, which in my eyes truly exemplifies both safety and attention to detail.

Time and time again, they have stepped up beyond their job description, personally assisting homeowners in moments of need — not for recognition, but simply because it is the right thing to do. That willingness to serve without hesitation or expectation builds trust with homeowners and sets a strong standard for all of us.

This person leads by example, forming meaningful relationships naturally and bringing steadiness to every project and every interaction. They are also a coach and mentor, routinely supporting the field team, offering guidance, and driving momentum from one project to the next. Their leadership consistently improves project efficiency and boosts team morale. From a performance standpoint, their impact is extraordinary — when they joined us on the Restore Louisiana program, they managed roughly 5 to 10 reconstruction projects at a time, and over the past year that volume has grown to 25 to 30 projects simultaneously, with a peak near 50. From starting one project’s demolition in the morning to completing a final inspection on another that same afternoon, the volume they handle with consistent excellence speaks to exceptional initiative, prioritization, and follow-through. They are a direct contributor to how LEMOINE has stood apart from others in the Restore Louisiana program. Her work directly strengthens LEMOINE’s culture of connection. She approaches each event with enthusiasm, thoughtful planning, and a genuine desire to bring people together. By fostering a fun and uplifting environment where employees feel both recognized and engaged, she demonstrates excellence in relationship-building and works smartly to support and enhance our company culture.
 
While this individual has only been with the company for a little over a year, in that short time she has found countless ways to add significant value. She has absorbed information on topics she had little to no exposure to prior to joining LEMOINE, and she was never afraid to run at 900 mph alongside me during busy weeks. She approaches everything with a great attitude and a smile. I could nominate her for a number of core values, but the biggest impact, in my opinion, has been her ability to quickly form meaningful relationships. She has also jumped in on the engagement committee and is helping lead important events that are strengthening our culture. I tell my family often how much I look forward to coming to work each day, and she plays a big part in that. She shows up every day ready to tackle all of my crazy projects, and I look forward to continuing to watch her grow in this role and with our amazing company.
