LEMOINE is pleased to announce the transition of Seth Lemoine to Chief Operating Officer (COO) with primary support to Vertical, Infrastructure, Program Services, and Disaster Services groups. This exciting transition comes in preparation of the bittersweet retirement of Chief Administrative Officer, Van Champagne, after 25 years of influencing and growing LEMOINE.
Over the course of his 20 years at LEMOINE, Seth has consistently demonstrated that he is an empowering leader for our employees. He is dedicated to advancing organizational performance by leveraging industry leading technology and is committed to employee growth through company-sponsored leadership and training programs. A skilled team player who has established strong relationships across our industry, Seth is a firm believer of relationship-driven partnerships. He has worked in many capacities throughout his tenure at LEMOINE, including estimating, project management, and field operations. Most recently, he served as President of LEMOINE Infrastructure, strategically leading the refinement and growth of that service group.
His leadership and involvement in preconstruction and project execution spans a diverse range of project types including building construction, heavy civil, infrastructure, pipeline, water and waste water projects.
Seth obtained his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2002 from Louisiana State University. He is a former United States Army helicopter pilot, having served 13 years in the Louisiana Army National Guard, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractor’s (ABC) Pelican Chapter as the Executive Vice Chair of Membership Growth.
Born and raised in Louisiana, Seth has been married to his bride Sarah for 18 years. They have six children and are proud to raise them in Louisiana as well. His hobbies include hunting, flying his small airplane, and spending time with family.
