Rudy C. Appointed to LEMOINE President of Infrastructure 2

LEMOINE is pleased to announce that Rudy Comeaux has been appointed to President of Infrastructure with continued support to our Civil, Concrete and Municipal sectors. Previously serving in the role of President of Infrastructure, Seth Lemoine is transitioning to Chief Operating Officer (COO). These exciting transitions within our organization come in preparation of the bittersweet retirement of Chief Administrative Officer, Van Champagne, after 25 years of influencing and growing LEMOINE.

Rudy embodies the values and culture that are central to our organization. During Rudy’s 14 years of service at LEMOINE, he has worn many hats which has strengthened his ability to problem solve and innovate across our organization. Rudy joined the LEMOINE organization in January 2008 as an Operations Intern in our Baton Rouge Office. Following his graduation from the LSU Construction Management program in May 2008, he became a full time Office Engineer. Rudy progressed in the Project Management career path through January 2015, at which time he transitioned into our Human Resources Department as Vice President of Organizational Development & People through 2019. Rudy then transitioned to our Infrastructure Group, where he will now continue to lead and refine the growth strategy for that team as President of Infrastructure.

Born and raised in Plaquemine, Louisiana, Rudy has been married to his beautiful bride, Francisa for 15 years this December. They are the proud parents of three children: Annelies (5), Eloise (4), and Baby Rudy (1) and are proud to raise them in Louisiana as well.

Rudy is also an active member of his community, serving on the Board of Directors for Alliance Safety Council and LSU’s Construction Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) where he is serving as the Membership & Fundraising Committee Chair. He is a dedicated supporter of the Baton Rouge Youth Coalition, Boys & Girls Club of Metro Louisiana, City Year Baton Rouge, and St. John the Evangelist Church.

Congratulations to Rudy on his new role with LEMOINE! We look forward to your continued success with our organization as you persist in growing the company, being a flag bearer of LEMOINE’s Core Values, and fulfilling our mission.
