Claiming the title of “Best Project” in the Office/ Retail / Mixed-Use Development category, Lemoine’s entry competed against more than 120-entries submitted. After examination and scoring, judges selected just 42 winners across 18 categories.

About the Water Campus from Baton Rouge Area Foundation: The Water Campus is a reflection of the vision for the redevelopment of the Mississippi Riverfront, illustrated in the recommendations of Baton Rouge’s master plans. Orchestrated by a unique collaboration involving the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, Baton Rouge Area Foundation (BRAF), the City of Baton Rouge, the Water Institute of the Gulf, Louisiana State University, and other coastal research institutes.
